A little about me:

With over 10 years of experience supporting adults and youth through emotional, relational, and life challenges, I offer a calm, collaborative, and thoughtful approach to therapy. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their experiences, navigate emotions, and build resiliency in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Areas of Focus

• Anxiety and high-functioning distress • Self-esteem, self-criticism, and shame • Perfectionism and people-pleasing • Grief and loss • Attachment and relationship patterns • Trauma and early relational experiences • Life transitions and identity changes • Burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion

My work is primarily informed by Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), an attachment-based approach that helps make sense of emotional and relational patterns shaped by past and present relationships. I also take a trauma-informed perspective and integrate practical tools from CBT, ACT, and DBT to support emotional awareness, coping, and day-to-day functioning.

Together, we explore how your experiences have shaped patterns in how you feel, respond, and relate to yourself and others. This may include working with patterns such as overthinking, emotional shutdown, self-criticism, or burnout. The focus is on building insight with curiosity and compassion, while supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy is a collaborative process, paced in a way that feels manageable. Our work balances deeper exploration with practical support, with space for honesty, reflection, and even moments of humour along the way.
